“I am always hesitant to try a new skin care regimen, I’m prone to breakouts. However I tried Saranghae and I was so thrilled with the results. The cleanser makes my skin feel so clean, and the Vitamin C treatment duo made such a positive impact on my dark spots. I’m so happy with this skincare”

“I like the night cream and the eye cream the most. The toner doesn’t really seem necessary, as it seems really similar to the day cream. I really didn’t like the face wash as the perfume in it was hard to get out of my face and I find unnecessary and fragrances and perfume almost to be offensive. They are so strong! I’d like to try the vegan collagen but haven’t ordered it yet.”

“This is the BEST mask I ever tried. I refrigerate it first, then leave it on for 25-30 minutes. My face feels tighter and a glow that lasts for days...I am 71 and get compliments often on how young I look! Yay!”

“I have been a customer for a long time. I was disappointed to receive a restock order of sunscreen in July 2026 that expires in October 2026. Seems a short effectiveness window for a product that will last me into the winter months.”

“I love all your products…I use everyday. I especially like the vitamin C and retinal for my am and pm routine. I love the snail mucin and the niacinamide. I also use the AHA/BHA occasionally. They have all made a difference in my skin texture and tone. I have been purchasing your products for many years now, and will continue to.”

“Wow I’ve been using these product for a couple months and love how my skin looks and feels. It feels Soft and hydrated!! “I placed that order and then asked I'd they could hold the order for a week. They wrote back and said they would hold the order for one week. Then I get a email saying my order was shipped. I was really disappointed!!!”

“I'm 68 years young, have been a VIP member for years now, and love all of the Saranghae line of products that I've used. Customer Service has always been very pleasant and more than willing to help when needed. Deliveries are always prompt, and returns and refunds (though few, and due to my own fault in scheduling errors regarding my subscriptions) have been a totally seamless experience. I could not ask for a better line of skincare products or better quality of service than Saranghae (and I've tried many brands/lines of products through the years). Saranghae......"I" Love YOU!!!”
