“Love this product. I am on my second container. Have already noticed stronger nails and no joint pain. I love the ingredients and that fact that it contains Vitamin C which is needed to absorb the collegen. While it does not dissolve well in my coffee, I put it in my protein shake. My sister recommended your product since I was looking for a collegen product with cleaner ingredients and plant based. Will continue using.”

“If your pores are still not clean, order the face wash called Oil to Foam Cleanser and the Pour Exfoliating Facial Brush. Your pores will thank you! This cleanser cleans so well and the brush invigorates your pores and cleans them thoroughly. Don’t forget your moisturizer afterwards and your face will love you 💕”

“Saranghae changed my skincare regimen from the first order placed approximately 7-8 years ago. At 69, never could I have imagined seeing the best skin condition of my lifetime but this product line has accomplished just that! Such a caring company who’s responsive to their customers. The ability to control delivery schedules is an extra bonus. So thankful to have discovered this line of skincare.”

“I had planned to wait and write my review after using the pigment duo for a month. It’s been 2 weeks and I already had a girlfriend ask what I was using on my skin. I sent her the link. Also I wanted to mention how attentive the company is to what you order and if they notice you might not get the most out of your goals. They sent a full size product as a gift to make sure I maximize my skin care routine. I have to say the snail mucin feels amazing and I’m not having dryness from the pigment products, just getting smoother brighter skin . So happy that I have ordered more products to try. Thanks for your attention to details !!! Debbie”

“Like Kathy's review, I too noticed with the new bottles, contents are less. I can understand this decision, as so many other companies, especially food and paper products have decreased content size. It's a bit deceiving, but it will not keep me from buying Saranghae skin care. It truly is the best I've found in the last 5 years using it, and though I switch off with other products, like I do my hair products, I continue to choose Saranghae as my first choice.”

We are so sorry you may had missed out email communication on the update on packing and product formulation that we had sent out to our VIP customers via email. We did have to update the packaging with another manufacturer to create a more environmentally friendly pacakge where as our old ones were not.

“I'm deeply concerned that you've changed the container sizes and increased the prices. I've bought Saranghee for years. Example: Nourishing &Moisturizing was g bottle was 3.5 Fl Oz and is now 3,38Fl Oz; Deep Radiance Essence Serum was 1.35 Fl Oz and is now 1.25 Fl Oz. I appreciate that you included two new products in my order along with a brush, but don't you feel it is unfair to your loyal customers to decrease the amount of your product? Now I understand our wacked out leader has imposed tariffs, bur come one,be up front with the changes !”

Kathy, the product packaging has been updated along with the formulation for our products that contain the Sang Hwang Mushroom. Instead of one mushroom, it now includes reishi and chaga mushrooms along with added peptides. Now, the product price has not increased. The change in the packaging is to make the package a more recyclable product which this better for the environment.

“I am in my 60's and have been blessed with naturally good skin, but decided I should start to take care of it a little more. I recently had a facial and bought a cream from South Korea. The cream is perfection! So when I saw these products from Saranghae- I thought I would give them a try since they were from S Korea also. I heard they are high quality and I believe when I apply them to my skin they are! The collagen cream and serum are divine. They are not greasy, light and feel great on my skin. The company even sent 2 additional full sized Orono products to try. Overall, I'm very happy with these and will continue to order them.”

“I use & love your cleansing oil. When you sent 2 free full-size products w/my order, I was blown away. Both products are amazing. The regeneration cream is readily absorbed & not heavy. The snail serum -wow😍! Love what it does to my face. And is also easily absorbed. Thank you for products that actually do something for my skin.
